Delete your Equilibrium account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Equilibrium Planner account (by Gregory Jack) and the data saved with it.
Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Equilibrium and tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.
- Under Account, tap Delete account & data.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete permanently. You may be asked to choose your Google account again to confirm it's you.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email gregory@gregory-jack.com with the subject "Delete my Equilibrium account". Send it from the Google account you signed in with, or tell us that email address. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Equilibrium account (sign-in record, email address and name).
- Everything saved to your account: events, Pinboard tasks and ideas, goals and milestones, life-area targets, routines, life stage presets, habits and check-ins, and your trial information.
- When deleting from the app: the same information stored on that phone.
What is kept
- Events in your Google Calendar. Events that were already added to your Google Calendar stay there, because they belong to your Google account. You can delete them in Google Calendar.
- Ideas and feedback you sent. These are kept so we can consider them. Ask in your email if you'd like these deleted too.
- Purchase records. Google Play and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) keep purchase records as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Have a subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, otherwise you'll continue to be billed.
See our privacy policy for more about how we handle your information.
